I have made it a horrible practice of pretty much NEVER updating my Journal here. Last year (2012) was a year of ups and downs. Our publishing company, Dark Red Press began rolling along with several of our published novels doing well, along with our DRP collection 4POCALYPSE - Four Tales of a Dark Future ending up in a thousand plus readers' hands so that was pretty cool! My novel, The Weight Of Night, continues to get rave reviews and this year will see the publication of my dark modern fantasy novel, The Blood Of Others, the first novel in my Valence Of Infinity series, as well as the second in The Progeny series later in the year. As a writer, I try and surround myself with as many literate and literary people as I can.  In conversing over the last few weeks, I've come to a resolution. I will begin publishing my novel, "Twilight Falls", online, chapter by chapter on a semi-monthly basis beginning May 1st. This is a challenging writing project due to the purpose of getting the word out and hopefully securing a traditional publishing for the second book in the series later on.
